1734-IV4 Allen Bradley

Allen-Bradley 1734-IV4 is a POINT digital DC power input module. It comes with 4 input points and 4 yellow status indicators, 1 red / green module status indicator and 1 red / green network status indicator, all of which are located on the "logic side" of the module. It has an open housing and can be mounted using a DIN rail. The 1734-IV4's compact size is 0.47 x 2.21 x 2.97 inches, so it can be installed horizontally or vertically in limited space.

The terminal basic units compatible with 1734-IV4 modules are 1734-TBS, 1734-TB, 1734-TB3S, and 1734-TB3. Users can only use one 22 to 14 AWG solid or stranded copper 1734-IV4 module. The module can also be removed or inserted while powered on (RIUP), which means that even if the entire system is running, users can safely remove or insert the module without damaging the entire system.

The 1734-IV4 has a nominal input voltage of 24 V DC and its POINT bus current is 75 mA. Its nominal input impedance is 3.6KΩ and its maximum input impedance is 4.7KΩ. On-state input voltage is 10 to 28.8 volts DC, while on-state current is 2 to 5 mA, and rated current is 4 mA at 24 volts DC. The 1734-IV4 module has a maximum power consumption of 1W at 28.8 volts DC, a maximum heat dissipation of 3.4 BTU / hour at 28.8 volts DC, and an isolation voltage of 50 volts. The module has a non-condensing relative humidity of 5 to 95% and an operating vibration of 5 g at 10 to 500 Hz. Its working shock is 30 grams, while its non-working shock is 50 grams. The input delay time is 0.5 milliseconds in hardware plus user-selectable time, ranging from 0 to 65 milliseconds. The 1734-IV4 has an operating temperature range of -4 to 131 degrees Fahrenheit and a storage temperature range of -40 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit.
